FIN-FSA conducted a total of 80 securities market inspections in 2011.
FIN-FSA made four requests for police investigation in 2011 and issued three public admonitions and five administrative fines.
FIN-FSA received from brokers 16 notifications of suspicious securities transactions or other suspect transactions. A total of 29 notifications have been received from Stock Exchange market supervision.
FIN-FSA received three requests for executive assistance in 2011 and the FIN-FSA itself sent requests for executive assistance to three supervisory authorities.
