Companies offering securities without a prospectus 

FIN-FSA keeps a public a list of companies whose securities are believed to be marketed and offered to the general public in Finland without a prospectus approved by FIN-FSA, even though the law requires it.

FIN-FSA also recommends that securities providers who have not prepared a statutory prospectus inform their share subscribers of the situation, which is in violation of the Securities Markets Act. FIN-FSA is of the opinion that such subscribers should also be given the opportunity to cancel their subscriptions.
