Does your innovation require authorisation?

​Our Innovation Help Desk can advise on permits, registration and other authorisation issues

The FIN-FSA Innovation Help Desk welcomes as customers both start-up companies in the sector and already established enterprises that are planning a new type of product, service or way of operating. Being a customer requires participation in advice sessions by an owner or employee of the company.

Many new products and services come within the sphere of FinTech, but innovations can, of course, also be implemented without digital solutions.


Expert advice is provided at separately agreed times. Prior to the provision of advice, the customer must deliver to FIN-FSA a completed preliminary information form with appendices, of which a process diagram is particularly important.
