FIN-FSA standards for the financial sector

The FIN-FSA set of regulations is composed of the following six sections:

1 Corporate governance and business activity
2 Code of conduct
3 Financial statements and management report
4 Capital adequacy and risk management
5 Disclosure of information
6 RA Reporting

Each section includes the standards covering the relevant subject area. A standard is a collection of subject-specific regulations and guidelines which indicates the quality level expected by the supervisor and provides justification for regulation.

To date, the set of regulations have also included separate regulations and guidelines concerning securities markets and credit institutions.

The menu on the left enables you to access the subject area you want to review and the related standards, regulations and guidelines.
